Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mandaluyong. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and drive the adoption of MoveInSync's commute and workplace management solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing tailored proposals and presentations, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing pipelines and forecasts, and providing regular performance reporting to leadership, while ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. The Business Development Manager will also represent MoveInSync at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate strategic partnerships.
