About the Role - We are seeking an accomplished and growth-driven professional to lead new business development and strategic partnerships across key regions. The role focuses on expanding our business footprint, developing strong corporate and institutional partnerships, and driving business growth through impactful learning solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business development, account management or partnership development within the education, learning ecosystem with proven success in managing program portfolios and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Growth: Identify, build, and expand new partnerships with corporates and higher education institutions to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and collaboration.
  • Strategic Account Expansion: Lead regional business expansion efforts, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build a sustainable pipeline across sectors and geographies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams (academic, marketing, delivery, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and effective program delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Track market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.
  • Proposal Development & Pitching: Design, position, and present tailored solutions and proposals for enterprise and institutional clients, ensuring alignment with their business and learning objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor partnership and program outcomes, drive performance metrics, and ensure business targets are met or exceeded.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in Higher education, EdTech, or education services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Sales/Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing business development & partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written); proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven performance tracking.
  • High levels of ownership, patience, persuasion, and perseverance in driving outcomes through academic collaborations.
