Were looking for a proactive, goal-orientedBusiness Development Associateto join our growing team. Youll play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding Packworks presence in the market.

What Youll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business initiatives.
• Support the business development team in achieving sales and partnership targets.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Preferred:Experience in tech/software sales
• Resides in theGreater Manila Areaand willing to travel for client meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
