About the job

We are excited to announce we are seeking a Business Development Associate to accelerate

our services to new clients and partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Identification and Research: Utilize LinkedIn, industry databases, and other

prospecting tools to identify and research potential clients within designated

high-risk sectors.

Outbound Prospecting: Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, email

campaigns, and social media to connect with potential clients, focusing on

understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.

Event Networking: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other

industry events to network with potential clients and gather insights into market

trends.

Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads,

ensuring alignment with our target market and service offerings. Maintain consistent

follow-up to nurture relationships and advance leads through the sales funnel.

CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain client information and interaction

history in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring timely reporting and status

updates on prospect engagement and deal progression.

Collaboration and Strategy Implementation: Work closely with marketing and

product teams to implement targeted growth strategies and refine sales approaches

based on market feedback and sales analytics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and set up detailed discussions between

potential clients and our C-suite or product team executives, facilitating the

advancement of key negotiations and partnerships.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Crypto Payments and OTC, Tech or SaaS, FinTech

Experience working with small teams, particularly at start-ups

Sales experience, with 2+ years of business development

Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments, with the ability to adapt

quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics.

Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and

manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills.

You enjoy pushing things forward under pressure and can manage a large workload

effectively.
