Position
Business Development Associate (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Makati City, onsite only
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Note: This role is open only to candidates already based in Metro Manila who can commute to Makati.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, business directories, and referrals
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels to schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Salesforce
- Support the business development strategy and provide performance reporting
Requiremetns
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 year of experience in sales, business development, or a call center environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic Japanese proficiency, preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an early-stage/startup environment
- Able to work onsite in Makati
- Ideally someone with experience managing a team of cold callers
Contract Terms
- Initial engagement is contract-based until GK Connect's Philippine incorporation is completed
- After incorporation, the role will transition to a full-time employment contract with statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, paid leave)
- Compensation range: PHP 28,00040,000 per month plus performance incentives
