Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point for new IT demands from business units
- Gather, validate, and structure business requirements
- Coordinate feasibility and cost/effort estimation with IT teams
- Facilitate prioritization and alignment based on business value and resources
- Maintain a transparent demand register and provide dashboards/reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders, capacity managers, and vendors
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any IT-related 4-year course
- Strong Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in IT demand management or related roles
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Preferred: Master's degree, PMP, ITIL, Agile, or DevOps experience
