Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point for new IT demands from business units
  • Gather, validate, and structure business requirements
  • Coordinate feasibility and cost/effort estimation with IT teams
  • Facilitate prioritization and alignment based on business value and resources
  • Maintain a transparent demand register and provide dashboards/reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, capacity managers, and vendors
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any IT-related 4-year course
  • StrongProject Managementexperience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in IT demand management or related roles
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Preferred: Master's degree, PMP, ITIL, Agile, or DevOps experience
