The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to learn and grow in the Learning & Development (L&D) and coaching sector.
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise clients.
- Support the team in building relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers.Learn to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Work with internal teams to help create proposals and client solutions.
- Participate in client presentations, demos, and workshops alongside senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Stay curious and updated about trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning.
- Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or corporate learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- (Prior internship or exposure to sales, HR, or L&D will be a plus but not mandatory.)
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
