Role Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst at NCS, you will play a pivotal role in driving business
transformation and delivering impactful solutions for our clients. You will leverage your
strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze business requirements, design solutions,
and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze and abstract complex business problems, design targeted solutions, and implement effective business processes.
- Identify key technical risks and design appropriate testing and verification plans for service assurance.
- Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to support business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment of business requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience in payment, new retail, Internet, commercial product software, banking, telecommunications, and other industries is highly valued.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Foster a culture of transparency, continuous feedback, and self-organisation within project teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and project objectives.
- Uphold NCS values in teamwork, inclusivity, and excellence.
Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Support the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Track project progress using relevant tools and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Encourage a learning environment through knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Drive business process outsourcing initiatives and support procurement,
finance, and accounting functions as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines with a strong analytical and quantitative focus.
- Solid foundation in business analysis and abstraction, with experience in solution design and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with distributed or multi-functional teams.
- Knowledge in frontend frameworks (HTML5, Angular, React JS), backend languages
- (Java, .NET, Python, PHP, C++), databases, and cloud environments is an added advantage.
- Experience in industries such as payment, new retail, Internet, commercial product software, banking, and telecommunications is preferred.
