-Identify best team members to drive project success- Validate Best Practices researched, Process Maps - SIPOC, Existing Policies, SLA & KPIs obtained

-Identify wastes and conduct Root Cause Analysis- Formulate Improvement Recommendations- Summarize resolutions and adjustment needed-Prepare updated Operating Manual- Create/Improve and ensure timely update of Performance Dashboard
