Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bonifacio Global City for an Information Technology Business Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify technology solutions. The role involves reviewing IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying key business needs
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements and optimizing Business Processes
• Understanding of Information Technology systems and their alignment with business strategies
• Ability to create process flows, data flows and architecture diagrams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
