Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Taguig for the role of Junior Business Analyst. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assessing current business processes, and supporting improvement initiatives. Daily tasks may include preparing detailed documentation, collaborating with teams across departments to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment of solutions with business objectives while maintaining a high standard of delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process evaluation to optimize systems and workflows.
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, convey findings, and document outcomes effectively.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements for system solutions or process improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field is required.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory.
