The Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to take full ownership of a personal care brand. This is an end-to-end brand management role: you will own the brand P&L, lead the annual brand plan, manage a small and capable team, and drive growth across traditional and digital channels including ecommerce.
What You Will Own
- Brand P&L — net sales, gross margin, and A&P efficiency vs. targets
- Annual brand plan and go-to-market strategy
- Integrated campaign development and execution across ATL, BTL, and digital
- Creative and digital agency briefing and output quality control
- Consumer and market insights — translate data into brand strategy
- Team leadership — direct management of a small brand team
- Ecommerce channel coordination — brand standards across online platforms
- Budget management and monthly A&P reconciliation
- Competitive monitoring and strategic reporting to senior management
- Input into new product development and innovation pipeline
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
- At least 4–6 years of brand management experience in FMCG, personal care, beauty, or consumer goods
- Demonstrated P&L ownership — you have tracked, managed, and been held accountable for a brand's financial performance
- Led integrated campaigns across trade, digital, and social media from brief to post-mortem
- Managed a creative or digital agency relationship end-to-end
- Experience managing or developing junior brand team members
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms and digital performance marketing is a strong advantage

- Digital-literate — understands social media, ecommerce platforms, and content performance
- Consumer-first mindset — genuinely curious about what drives purchase and loyalty
- Organized and dependable — meets deadlines, produces clean outputs, flags risks early
- Collaborative — works well across functions: sales, trade marketing, R&D, and finance
- Comfortable with field visits and trade checks — this is not a desk-only role

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
