Job Description:
A fast-growing premium pet nutrition company specializing in research, development, and distribution of high-quality pet food products. The company focuses on delivering scientifically formulated alternatives to conventional pet food, supported by strong digital marketing and regional supply chain capabilities. The brand operates across Southeast Asia with an expanding presence in multiple markets and aims to establish itself as a leading mid-to-high-end pet care provider.
Role Summary
Lead e-commerce growth and digital brand building from scratch. Drive GMV and brand presence across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop through performance marketing and integrated brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage online stores (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop), driving GMV, AOV, and order
• growth
• Localize and execute integrated brand campaigns
• Plan and execute KOL/KOC collaborations and livestream strategies
• Manage local team of content creators and campaign executives
• Coordinate with supply chain on inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor competitor activities and optimize campaigns for ROI
Requirements
• 3–5 years FMCG or e-commerce experience
• Proven GMV growth experience (³500k USD/month preferred)
• Hands-on digital marketing experience
• Fluent English
• Data-driven and strategic mindset
