Job Description

  • Conduct audience research and develop targeted ad strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to meet objectives.
  • Design and plan advertising strategies tailored to business goals (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
  • Build and manage ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creatives, and scheduling via Meta Ads Manager.
  • Track campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and adjust bidding, creatives, and targeting to maximize performance.
  • Conduct split tests on creatives, headlines, and placements to determine what performs best and improve future campaigns.
  • Graduate of a related degree/Bachelor's
  • With previous Marketing experience
  • Knowledgeable in Market Research and Targeting
  • Knowledgeable in various Marketing strategies, including social media managing
  • Can have little experience as long as willing to learn and motivated
