Responsibilities
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the executive.
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Help distribute marketing materials.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the executive.
- Assist in the recruitment process for blue-collar positions.
- Support hiring initiatives and applicant screening for Ezy Lifestyles open roles.
- Any tasks directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned business details requested by I-Cube Digital Solutions Inc.
