JOB OBJECTIVES
The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities, particularly in digital engagement, content coordination, and data management. The role assists in maintaining active communication with patients across digital platforms and in generating insights from customer interactions to support marketing and service improvement initiatives.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Digital Engagement Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages across social media and messaging platforms.
- Escalate concerns or inquiries requiring further action to the Marketing Associate or relevant team.
- Customer Insights and Reporting
- Compile and summarize customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints received through digital channels.
- Identify recurring concerns or insights that may support service improvement and marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in content scheduling, documentation, and organization of marketing materials.
- Support in campaign coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
