Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, based in Quezon City. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting and promoting RLC Residences properties, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies. The role also involves closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and portfolio management
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
  • Experience in market research, analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and relevant sales platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
  • Availability to travel internationally, as required, for client meetings and business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
