Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage potential driver-partners through various online and offline channels.
Build rapport with leads and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process.
Achieve monthly activity and conversion targets by maintaining consistent outreach efforts.
Conduct field activations or community engagement activities when needed to boost lead generation.
Track and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and successful conversions.
Collaborate with the team to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, recruitment, fieldwork, or community outreach is an advantage.
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable using digital tools and social platforms to connect with potential applicants.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to do fieldwork
Have own Motorcycle
Must be residing in Pasay/Taguig/Makati/Mandaluyong/QC
