Job Description

Responsibilities

. Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace. . Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries. . Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives. . Documentation: Preparing, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations maintaining accurate records. . Data Entry: Inputting and managing data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. . Support Services: Providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with project management, and facilitating communication between teams. . Budgeting and Finance: Assisting with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. . Event Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and catering. . Supplies Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available. . Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree holder or with equivalent experience . With at least 1 year of experience in a third (3rd) party logistics or warehouse environment . Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint presentation) . Can work in shifting schedule . Can work in minimum supervision . Has strong analytical skills and reporting skills
