Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence; acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives.
  • Documentation: Preparing, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations; maintaining accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Inputting and managing data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support Services: Providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with project management, and facilitating communication between teams.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assisting with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and catering.
  • Supplies Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder or with equivalent experience
  • With at least 1 year of experience in a third (3rd) party logistics or warehouse environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint presentation)
  • Can work in shifting schedule
  • Can work in minimum supervision
  • Has strong analytical skills and reporting skills
