Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and initiative-driven Admin to provide support for shipping coordination and contract-related processes. This position plays a key role in tracking shipment activities, managing shipping documentation, and assisting with contract administration to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track shipment timelines and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution and proper coordination with all involved parties.
- Record, update, and analyze shipping ticket data while maintaining accurate supporting documents.
- Assist in the review, documentation, and monitoring of contracts to ensure adherence to internal policies and agreed deadlines.
- Perform day-to-day administrative support tasks related to logistics operations, shipping coordination, and contract processing.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers, including shipping lines and courier companies, to address issues, clarify discrepancies, and support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
- Experience in shipping operations, contract administration, or express delivery support is an added advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
