Your Role
As An Accounts Receivable And Payable Specialist, You Will
- Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices (ACH, wire, and check)
- Identify and flag unapplied or incorrectly applied payments with proper documentation
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with accuracy (vendor details, amount, coding, approvals)
- Organize and maintain invoice documentation
- Escalate discrepancies or missing information promptly
- Ensure high accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of tasks
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain clear communication with the finance team
What You Need (Non-negotiables)
- At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience, with strong data entry skills
- Hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
