Location: Quezon City

Work Set-up: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Job Description:

The Accounting Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management and control of project-related costs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all project expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record project-related (CAPEX) transactions
  • Ensure all project expenses are properly approved, documented, and coded
  • Track project budgets vs actual spend and highlight variances
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities
  • Prepare project cost reports and financial summaries for management
  • Assist in internal and external audit requirements
  • Maintain accurate project financial records in the accounting system (e.g., SAP or similar ERP)
  • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance stakeholders
  • Support process improvements in project cost tracking and controls

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in project accounting, cost accounting, or general accounting
  • Proven experience handling CAPEX or project-based transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis, reporting)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, FICO, MM, PS or Asset Accounting modules) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
