Accounting Associate

Golden East Resource Trading, OPC is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounting Associate to join our growing team. Our Company specializes in medical equipment and supplies, with a focus on the hemodialysis industry. As such, this role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow in an emerging organization.

About the Role

● Work Setup: Fully on-site

● Location: Lipa City, Batangas (near Lipa Grill)

● Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

● Record daily financial transactions and journal entries (invoices, payables, reimbursements, cash receipts, etc.) using Microsoft Excel

● Organize, maintain, and file financial documents for audits and internal reviews

● Submit monthly bank reconciliations

● Analysis of GL accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of FS

● Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in collections from clients

● Support basic accounting and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

● Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration major in Financial Management, or other related 4-year programs

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions, is a must

● Close attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills

● With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

● Compensation is structured with a base salary and enhanced through performance-based incentives and bonuses such as 14th-month pay.
