JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (Sales)
The Company:
Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.
The Account Manager's Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues.
Minimum Qualifications of an Account Manager:
- Undergraduate/Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Good understanding of customer service and relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Willing to Travel for Client Meetings/Client Scouting
Work Set-up: On-site in East Ortigas, Pasig City
Time: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
