Job Title: Junior Account Manager (Customer Service Specialist)

Work Mode: Onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Junior Account Manager/Customer Service professional in customer service or account support. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting account operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Support account management activities such as order processing, follow-ups, renewals, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate communication
  • Track account activity, maintain updated client records, and document interactions in CRM or internal systems
  • Assist in preparing account reports, summaries, and client updates
  • Identify potential issues and escalate concerns appropriately

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • More than 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage
