Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Junior Account Manager/Customer Service professional in customer service or account support. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting account operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Support account management activities such as order processing, follow-ups, renewals, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate communication
- Track account activity, maintain updated client records, and document interactions in CRM or internal systems
- Assist in preparing account reports, summaries, and client updates
- Identify potential issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- More than 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage
