Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Support and grow merchants in managing their online stores, product listings, opening new branches and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, and tech) to ensure merchants needs are met.
- Monitor sales performance and provide merchants with insights and recommendations to increase growth.
- Handle client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular reports on merchant performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new merchant and new branches
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
