Role Description
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to sales completion and customer satisfaction monitoring. Among their responsibilities is to submit sales projection, implement sales plans which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the sales area. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with company mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship building skills
- Experience in contract negotiation and the development of account strategies
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on insights
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience in a client-facing role
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus
