Position Summary

We are seeking a Workforce Operations Data Analyst to join our Workforce Operations team. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable workforce reporting. The Analyst will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple systems, reconciling data across platforms, and distributing reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports from HR, scheduling, time & attendance, labor, financial and other systems.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of workforce data by collating and crosswalking information from multiple systems.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from the workforce operations team.

Data Management

  • Extract, clean, and validate data from disparate sources.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with system administrators and operational teams.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Distribute workforce reports to leaders and stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise format suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field (internships or healthcare exposure preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
