We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team with a focus on headcount optimization projects. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting data that drives key decisions in workforce planning and optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data management, with the ability to collect, manage, analyze, and communicate data insights effectively to senior leadership and top management.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities related to headcount optimization.
- Develop data models and reports that support headcount forecasting, budget planning, and operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and top management, ensuring data is clearly communicated and actionable.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management, governance, and quality control.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for various projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making processes.
