Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and inventory records
  • Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide training
  • Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery preparation
  • Handle and resolve operational issues and delays
