Responsibilities

- Manage travel arrangements by researching and securing flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a seamless travel experience.
- Coordinate all aspects of meeting planning and accurately record and distribute detailed meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Organize and coordinate the schedules and appointments for key personnel, anticipating potential conflicts and ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling.
- Answer calls to the company's toll-free number, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain and update office databases, following established procedures and guidelines, ensuring they are properly organized and readily accessible.
- Monitor, screen, and manage incoming communications to the distribution email, routing messages to the appropriate recipients or responding as necessary.
- Draft and refine correspondence, reports, memos, and emails, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in formatting and tone while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Maintain office operations by managing supply orders, researching alternative vendors, and ensuring the timely procurement of necessary resources.

Qualifications
