Responsibilities
TheWarehouse Checkeris responsible for checking, verifying, and validating inbound and outbound goods to ensure correct quantity, item description, and condition of products. The role supports warehouse accuracy by preventing shipment errors, damages, and inventory discrepancies while following DHL Supply Chain safety and quality standards.
This position plays a critical role in quality control and shipment accuracy within warehouse operations.
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing products against delivery receipts, pick lists, and system documents
- Ensure correct quantity, item code, and condition of goods before receiving or dispatch
- Identify and report damages, shortages, overages, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Pickers, and MHE Operators during checking activities
- Ensure proper labeling, pallet condition, and packaging standards
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and customerspecific requirements
- Maintain accuracy of checking records and documents
- Observe warehouse safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least Highschool Graduate or Senior Highschool Graduate
- At least 6 months of experience as Warehouse Checker, Warehouse Associate or similar role
- Basic knowledge of wareh ouse operations and documentation
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when needed
- Good team-player
- Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
