What's The Role All About

The responsibility of a Warehouse Manager is in-charge for the overall control, integrity, and performance of warehouse operations supporting aircraft materials, ensuring that all materials are properly received, inspected, stored, handled, and issued in compliance with operational, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Who Are We Looking For

• College or University Graduate
• 7–10 years of experience of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or aviation materials management
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory functions
• Experience handling aircraft materials and component inventory within aviation environments
• Experience working with planning, maintenance, and logistics stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in inventory accuracy, audit compliance, and stock control
• Experience in aviation materials systems (RAMCO/SAP/AMOS or equivalent)

Major Responsibilities

• Manages and directs Officers and Specialists across Inventory Analyses, Receiving & Inspection, Packing & Shipping, Main Inventory, and Outstation Inventory functions
• Ensures alignment of teams with operational priorities, compliance requirements, and performance objectives
• Drives capability development, workload management, and accountability across warehouse operations
• Reviews and endorses inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and non-standard actions for approval
• Approves warehouse operations, inventory control measures, and material handling practices
