Directly Reports To: Team Leader, Customer Services

Subordinates: Warehouse Keeper

  • Ensure overall warehouse compliance with PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and DENR regulations.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve SOPs covering operations, safety, environment, and compliance
  • Act as accountable representative during audits and inspections.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for compliance and environmental findings.
  • Oversee full facilities management, including space planning, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage environmental permits, reporting (if applicable), vendors, contractors, and third-party waste handlers.
  • Do sourcing of materials used in the warehouse including packaging materials and arrange for equipment calibration.
  • Negotiation with third-party waste handlers, repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure staff training on safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably graduate of SCM course.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in WH and SCM.
  • Certified to operate electric forklift.
  • Strong knowledge in Inventory Management & Warehouse Operation processes.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP and Warehouse Management systems to manage shipment transactions for accuracy.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledgeable of Import & Export processes and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and operation issues.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA process and operation.
  • Experienced in dealing with freight Forwarding companies for international shipments.
  • Strong understanding of working with Local Transport companies.
  • Must have effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills either in written or verbal.
  • Strong Team player as require be multi-tasking / multi-dimensional working.
  • Managerial experience and people management/leadership skills - to manage warehouse team (Warehouse supervisor/ Picker / Packer Team).
  • Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Candidate from chemical industry and having experience of handling DG-Dangerous Goods/Non-Dangerous goods will be an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in the local compliance about the pollution control regulation and guidelines

  • Working time: 9am 6pm from Monday to Friday, one hour lunch break
  • Probation: 6 months
  • Annual Incentive: eligible for year-end incentive, amount need to be defined by Asian region performance and individual performance, the incentive will be on pro rate calculation if dont provide full year services.
