Role Description:

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lapu-Lapu, responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient handling of materials and finished goods. This role manages day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products in alignment with production and shipping schedules. The Warehouse Manager develops and implements procedures for inventory control, stock rotation, and space utilization, while maintaining compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards. The role includes supervising and coaching warehouse team members, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics, and monitoring KPIs related to accuracy, efficiency, and cost. The Warehouse Manager also ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment, supports continuous process improvements, and contributes to audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
  • Strong capabilities in Inventory Management and Operations Management to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Experience with safe Forklift Operation and handling of warehouse equipment, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, including supervising and developing teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO-based quality and environmental standards, or other structured quality management systems.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERPs, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lapu-Lapu and comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Strong skills in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Operations Management, including planning and process optimization
  • Proficiency in Forklift Operation and equipment handling
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage team operations effectively
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
