Role Title: Virtual Assistant - Contractor Position

Department: Operations (CHIBUR)

Duration: Part time

Compensation: $25 per week

Plus additional compensation eligible after trial period:

• 2 weeks (14 days) paid vacation per year
• 7 days eligible after 3 months of contributing
• 7 additional days eligible after 5 months of contributing
• After 1 year of continuous contribution, 2 weeks can be taken at any time starting the first of the year
• 7 paid sick days per year accumulates 1 day per month of contribution
• 7 paid holiday days per year contributor choice, chosen at hire date
• 5 paid mental health days per year accumulates 1 day per month of contribution
• 4 paid volunteer days per year
• $200 education or equipment budget done via reimbursement after 6 months of contribution

This position is eligible for additional bonuses, payout from the Chibur Contributor Stock Fund once formed, and sales based commission compensation.

Role Purpose:

The Virtual Assistant is an essential part of the company's success. They play a key role in the development, execution and management of all activities promoted by the company, they are a vital leader of the internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Document tasks
• Ensure that tasks are completed
• Schedule meetings
• Create documentation
• Create email campaigns
• Manage event process
• Support team culture
• Run reports
• Manage blogs
• Social media content creation, posting and management
• Document editing and formatting
• Photo editing
• Other tasks as assigned

About You:

You're a fast learner with a keen attention to detail, able to prioritize and highly organized. You understand digital technologies and best practices. You thrive in a digital environment and use technology to manage efficiencies and effectiveness with the team. You like to learn new things and enjoy challenges. You enjoy working independently to accomplish goals that support the team. You speak your mind, have fresh ideas and follow through. An interest in sustainable fashion will make your application stand out.

• You have a high speed internet connection
• Enjoy learning by the use of video and written training materials
• Familiarity with Canva , Adobe, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Photoshop
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with GSuite
• Comfortable working remotely
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms
