Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Social Media & Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client, a family-owned outpatient physical therapy practice with five locations in New Hampshire. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and proactive marketing professional who can take ownership of the practice's social presence, content execution, and community outreach initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings fresh ideas, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can help expand referral relationships while maintaining consistent, high-quality content across platforms.

ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage social media content across multiple clinic locations
Oversee cross-posting and consistent messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Create engaging topics for posting and coordinate content collection from all offices
Support the team with video content planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery despite busy clinic schedules
Create marketing visuals and formatted assets using tools like Canva, photo collage apps, and video editing software
Assist with marketing campaigns and community networking initiatives
Create marketing materials for external networking events
Identify and open new growth opportunities with other medical practices to expand the referral network
Help get in the doors of other medical practices and establish stronger referral relationships
Support outreach efforts that strengthen the clinic's presence in the local healthcare community
Monitor online reviews, comments, and social engagement
Ensure communication and wording on posts reflects professionalism and strong English proficiency
Work directly with leadership and all five clinic managers to maintain consistent workflows, timelines, and output
Bring a self-assertive, progressive approach while remaining open to feedback and teamwork
The practice currently uses:
Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Content tools: Canva, photo collage apps, video editing software
EMR: Prompt EMR
Business suites for cross-posting and scheduling
Experience managing social media and marketing execution for a healthcare, wellness, or service-based business
Strong written communication skills and attention to brand tone
Ability to manage multiple clinic inputs and create cohesive messaging
Confidence bringing new ideas and leading content direction
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multi-location team
Prior marketing and social media experience
Organized, self-assertive, and able to take initiative
Progressive outlook with creative thinking outside the box
