Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to receive hands-on training while supporting our clients in driving their business forward. In this role, you'll work closely with insurance agencies, contributing to their success by handling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities including client communication, claims follow-up, and other essential operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any degree in college.
  • Clear, neutral accent. Easy to understand, easy to vibe with
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written, no stress)
  • Confident on calls with solid phone etiquette
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Quick thinker with strong comprehension skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Builds genuine, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Brings professionalism, confidence, and emotional maturity to work
  • Tech-comfy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and more)
  • Bonus points if you have at least 6 months of BPO or related experience but not really a requirement.
  • Administrative tasks experience is a big plus
  • Based in Metro Manila, preferably Quezon City
  • Open to working a permanent graveyard shift
  • Ready to start ASAP
