Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to receive hands-on training while supporting our clients in driving their business forward. In this role, you'll work closely with insurance agencies, contributing to their success by handling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities including client communication, claims follow-up, and other essential operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any degree in college.
- Clear, neutral accent. Easy to understand, easy to vibe with
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written, no stress)
- Confident on calls with solid phone etiquette
- Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
- Quick thinker with strong comprehension skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Builds genuine, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Brings professionalism, confidence, and emotional maturity to work
- Tech-comfy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and more)
- Bonus points if you have at least 6 months of BPO or related experience but not really a requirement.
- Administrative tasks experience is a big plus
- Based in Metro Manila, preferably Quezon City
- Open to working a permanent graveyard shift
- Ready to start ASAP
