Job Description

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and solid experience in administrative, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles within an international environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
  • Managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support
  • Collaborating with teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Communicating clearly with international stakeholders
  • Assisting in process improvements and documenting procedures

What we're looking for:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience (administration, VA, or customer support – non-sales)
  • Experience supporting international clients, ideally from a well-known/global company
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have:

  • Background in Business Administration
  • Experience in professional services or partnership firms
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive mindset
