What we're looking for:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience (administration, VA, or customer support – non-sales)
- Experience supporting international clients, ideally from a well-known/global company
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree
