What You'll Do
- Find new customers like real estate developers, contractors, and property managers.
- Promote and sell elevators, escalators, and lift services.
- Meet with clients, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to close deals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Manage online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and attend trade shows.
- Track sales, submit reports, and achieve monthly targets.
Minimum Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience (preferably in elevators, construction, or real estate or equivalent).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and hit sales goals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
