Job Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools to test and validate ideas
- Visual Design: Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with Reely's branding while ensuring accessibility and usability standards
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet both user and client goals
- Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously refine design solutions
- Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms
- Trends & Tools: Stay up to date with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences
Job Requirements
Primary Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers
- Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, or similar for testing and analytics
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or AI-enhanced design tools
