What You'll Do
As our Treasury Manager, you will be at the center of all cash-related activities, ensuring that every peso is properly received, disbursed, monitored, and planned for.
You will:
- Manage daily cash positions to ensure operational liquidity
- Oversee all receipting and collections, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- Control and schedule disbursements and payments, balancing obligations and cash availability
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash projections, including cash forecasts to support business growth
- Monitor bank balances, transactions, and relationships
- Strengthen treasury controls, processes, and documentation
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Management to align cash planning with business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five (5) years of solid experience as a treasury manager with cash management, or finance operations related experience
- Proven hands-on experience in cash monitoring, receipting, disbursement, and bank reconciliation
- Strong background in cash flow forecasting and long-term cash projection
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage but not required
