Analytics Manager

We're hiring a Strategic Analytics Manager to drive key initiatives across Global Sales and Customer Service. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and influencing decisions at scale, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Lead business analysis, opportunity sizing, and strategic recommendations

• Turn ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable insights

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, from data to executive presentation

• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and support governance frameworks

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics or a related field

• 5+ years experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or PMO roles

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint plus working knowledge of SQL/Python and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear insights and action plans

• Effective stakeholder management and executive communication
