The Senior Business Analyst I leads Process Mining and Process Excellence initiatives across Business Units by supporting the analysis, documentation, and testing of business processes and IT solutions. Guided by the Senior Digital Excellence and Optimization Partner, this role contributes to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with the Digital Transformation Roadmap.
Accountabilities
- Lead REPH-scale Process Mining delivery (setup/configuration, analysis, and discovery sessions) using Skan AI and Business Optix
- Produce current- vs. future-state process maps; generate insights, impact/benefit analyses, and scenario modeling
- Manage and qualify the AI / Agentic AI / Automation opportunity pipeline
- Define business requirements and redesign Agentic AI + Human-in-the-Loop workflows; translate into specifications, process flows, and data conversion approaches
- Develop technical/functional documentation and ensure adherence to standards and quality protocols
- Own stakeholder management: communicate clearly, set expectations, escalate issues, and build trust through reliable execution
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field
- 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Process Mining (e.g., Skan AI, Business Optix) and Power BI dashboard development
- Strong requirements gathering skills and ability to translate into user stories / functional specifications for AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and automation initiatives
- Working knowledge of SDLC and relevant platforms/tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SharePoint)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Considered / Preferred
- Intermediate prompt engineering capability using GenAI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise)
- Ability to quickly learn and apply Enterprise AI and process modeling tools to support business outcomes
- Hands-on experience in AI build projects, with exposure to technical AI business requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
