We are hiring for the role of Application Support (SRE) and it is a Permanent Opportunity

Role Scope & Required Skills

The role is internally titled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) but is primarily Application Support in nature.
Required skills include:
Application Support experience
Java (basic knowledge)
Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow / Remedy)
Basic monitoring exposure
Full SRE scope or advanced automation is not required at this stage.
