Below Are The Responsibilities Of a TRAINING MANAGER
- Responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new dealer aftersales personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
- Assesses organizational training needs and designs, develops, and implements programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Creating training materials, managing budgets, coordinating learning events, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring training aligns with company goals.
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
- Has 5 years of professional experience.
- An individual with strategic and creative mindset to align training strategies with organizational goals and address evolving workforce needs.
- Strong foundation in leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to foster manpower development and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Capable with creating training curricula and materials using various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom training.
- Capable of overseeing the delivery of training sessions and events, managing logistics and ensuring programs are executed efficiently.
- Capable in conducting Technical and Non Technical Training.
- Can measure the impact of training initiatives through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: March 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: Lot 24 Blk 11 Commonwealth Brngy. Holy Spirit Quezon City, Chery Showroom
