Below Are The Responsibilities Of The TRAINING MANAGER
- Oversee onboarding process for new dealer after sales personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training
- Assess organizational training needs and design, develop, and implements programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Create training materials
- Manage budgets
- Coordinate learning events
- Evaluate program effectiveness
- Ensure training aligns with company goals
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate of BS-Mechanical Engineering
- In the automotive industry for 4-5 years and has a Technical and Non Technical training background.
- Excellent in managing multiple projects, programs, and budget
- A person with strong leadership background and has a strategic planning skills to foster manpower development
- Able to create training curricula and materials using various instructional methods
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: March 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: Lot 24 Blk 11 Commonwealth Brgy. Holy Spirit Quezon City, Chery Showroom
