Salary: 60,00070,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Training & Development
  • Proven track record of executing programs that improve operational efficiency and employee growth
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to identify knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with department heads to address recurring performance challenges
  • Translate training goals into measurable and actionable strategies
  • Align all programs with company vision and long-term growth

Program Development & Implementation

  • Design tailored and innovative training modules
  • Integrate in-house expertise with external resources
  • Introduce e-learning, microlearning, gamification, and simulation-based training
  • Conduct job-focused training across operating and support units
  • Organize knowledge-sharing initiatives (e.g., Lunch & Learn)

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-training assessments and track KPIs
  • Issue follow-up surveys (e.g., 30-day effectiveness check)
  • Measure ROI through reports, metrics, and success stories
  • Prepare quarterly management reports on outcomes and improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of training activities and results
  • Revise programs based on evolving business needs

Culture & Employee Development

  • Reinforce cultural alignment through enculturation and compliance programs
  • Promote lifelong learning and encourage certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
  • Support professional development initiatives
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and malasakit in handling challenges
