The Test Manager develops comprehensive test cases, prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix, test execution, defect tracking and reporting.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage UAT test progress and defects raised during UAT phase
- Ensure defects raised are well coordinated, documented and categorized into the respective severity and should be fixed within defined SLAs
- Collaborates with Project Managers, ITSD Unit Heads, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands
- Provide guidance on Test Leads, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process
- Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units
- Identify Risks and mitigation plan
- Prioritizes testing activities to ensure delivery of commitments
- Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit
- Plan, control and implement testing processes
- Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities
- Handle schedule, budget and overall test efforts
- Set quality metrics and ensure team meets the set metrics
- Identify skills requirement of the team, identify training needs
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields.
- At least 10 years experience in TESTING delivery of CRM projects for Banking
- Knowledge on testing tools MF ALM, LR, UFT, Jira, Selenium, Github, Jenkins
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
